Coastal Maine Tour - Day Minus 1

This 7-day trip is a fully supported tour exploring the coast of Maine. We start in Boothbay and end in Southwest Harbor. We will be staying in inns all along the way and treated to nice restaurants. This luxury bike trip is a far cry from my recent RAGBRAI trip. This is Jett's vacation plan. She found it for us. :)

Here's a shot of Joule's favorite male human, Del. Del got up extra early to drive us to the airport. Then he's spending the week with Joules. And Peggy is playing with our kittens while we are gone. We are so blessed to have the Turas and Adams in our life...

Here's the beautiful Dulles airport. We had a short layover - NOT!!! Multiple delays and finally 3 hours late, a plane full of crybng babies... Grrrr

Hurray, yahoo, we finally get to our hotel with bikes intact. It took some very creative maneuvering to get our 2 bike boxes onto the taxi van. We are shipping those wonderful, supersized things home!
